Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Some cosmetic paint chips to the handles and some light marks to the bottom sill.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with a new barrel and 2 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately in the middle.
• When fully open, 4 doors stack to the left and 3 doors stack to the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Tinted Glass film, which helps to regulate a building’s temperature, increases privacy, and offers sun protection. This can be peeled off to leave clear glass if you wanted.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
