Aluminium French Doors and sidelights in Woodgrain Mahogany.
Would cost around £3,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There is a scratch to the sill, but this would be mostly hidden when installed.
- A leaded bar is peeling slightly from one of the French doors (see photos) which could be re-secured using adhesive.
- There are no handles for these doors, but would cost around £10 on Ebay- see last photos for defects.
Security
- 3 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.
- Missing the keys to lock the handles for the windows – you can change window handles easily online for about £5 with keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- Both windows open outwards.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left (see photos for diagram).
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 67cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 165.5cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 232.5cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has leaded Georgian Bars externally and internally on the glazing, these can’t be removed, so if you want clear glass you would need to replace all the glass. We can order new glazing for £450 total including VAT.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Mahogany), with a matching frame either side.
- The hinges are Black.
- The windows have Gold Chrome handles.
