High quality Aluminium Roof Lantern/Skylight.
Would cost around £5,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Please note, the ‘Height’ is actually the Length.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Missing 6 frame connectors (see last photo) however you will be able to put a bolt through the screw holes provided in the metal and bolt them together, the bolts would then be under the trim when installed. Or your local window company maybe able to provide some.
Opening
- Window is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.
