Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier. These were sealed when we received them, but have opened for the photos.
• We were told by the supplier they are fully complete, but as they are flatpack we are unable to build them up.

Security

• 6 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Q-Line’ keys.

Opening

• The opening door is on the right and slides to the left, when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item and we can order it in, but we would prefer the buyer to make the doors up first before we order it.
• We can order glazing for a cost of £295 total including VAT.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Black.
