Clad bifolds, Aluminium (externally) / Wood (internally), which is the most expensive option on Bi-folding Doors. Bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Aluron’. Produced on the 01/10/2021 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• One visible cosmetic chip on the bottom of main door internally, this could be filled and touched up.
• Small chip on the right edge of the frame internally, but this would be hidden with a trim upon installation- see last photos for defects.

Missing Parts

• All Handles and Hinge Covers missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 5 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys with this door as they are key-less and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.

Opening

• Internally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
• When fully open, and all 3 doors stack to the right internally.
• Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.
• There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
