• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 60.2cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 92.5cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 152.7cm.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £250 total including VAT.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Grey with a white frame.
• The colour of the hinges is Chrome.
