Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- See photos for cosmetic defects.
- Glue residue on the bottom of the door which can be covered by trim – see in photos.
- 2 internal locking plates and gasket for the bottom of the door are missing- these could be purchased online and installed by your fitter.
Security
- 4 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘JMA’ key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Top light
- The top light / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 203.3cm.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 21.4cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 82.1cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 103.5cm.
- If you cut of the the top light this will remove some of the side light, if you cut of the side light this will remove some of the top light.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Decorative glass with a 3D diamond design externally, and a leaded pattern externally and inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you will need to replace the glazing entirely.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
