High quality Aluminium casement window, bespoke made to the highest quality by award winning ‘ALUK’.
Produced on “20/07/2021” (have proof of invoice if required), and offers some of the latest security & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Originally this cost £1,005.82 + VAT, including the glass and this is with heavy trade discount applied.
We have a selection of add on’s for both the top and sides all 20mm in depth which we can supply with this item should you require them.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.
Condition
Brand new, never installed.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Colour
Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
Has Silver handles.
Operating / Style
Externally opening windows- see photos.
Two outside large windows open and two central top windows open. Others are fixed.
Security
High quality 6 point ‘Trojan’ locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
Comes with 4 keys.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.
The bottom panes are clear glass and the top panes have Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. The Georgian Bars cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the top units- we can order replacement glass for the top panes for £190 total for all 4 units including VAT.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
