Atlas Aluminium Grey Skylight
Please note: We have multiple of these available for sale, identical in design & size. The listed price is for just the one.
Aluminium Skylight in Anthracite Grey, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Atlas’.
Would cost around £3000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Please Note: These skylights must be installed at a slight angle to allow adequate drainage. Please see photos for installation instructions.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden by the flashing kit and trim when installed.
- Some faint marks and weathering across the flashing kit trim and corner-pieces from the previous installation, which could be touched up if desired.
Opening
- This skylight is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour of the flashing kit trim and corner-pieces is Anthracite Grey (RAL7016).
