The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:

-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Ideal if you’re after some high-quality skylights at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.

Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden by the flashing kit and trim when installed.
- Corners on two of the edges of the frame have slightly come apart on the glue line, however wont cause any issues if some glue is applied on installation.
Opening
- The skylight is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour of the flashing kit trim and corner-pieces is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016).
