Condition

• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden by the flashing kit and trim when installed.
• Corners on two of the edges of the frame have slightly come apart on the glue line, however wont cause any issues if some glue is applied on installation.

Opening

• The skylight is fixed and does not open.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane.
• Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Colour

• The colour of the flashing kit trim and corner-pieces is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016).
