Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Good/ very clean condition both sides.
• Screw holes along the top of the door (see photos), these could be filled.
• Crack in the corner of the frame (see photos), this could be covered with trim on installation.
• The locking strip does not function properly (see photos), however, these can be purchased online and installed by your fitter.
• The 2 bottom hinges are broken (see photos), however, these can also be purchased online.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over.
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, distorted, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
