Produced on the 10/05/2022 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Would cost around £2,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
The door thickness is 5.5cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
The weight of this item is 72.66kg.
This is an FD30 Fire door, however we do not have any certificates for it, so can’t confirm it would pass current building regulations.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.

- Multipoint locking system, making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
