Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The finish is peeling slightly on the beading (see photos) this could be easily touched up.
• Cracks on the lower panel (see photos) however these could be filled, and are purely cosmetic and do not affect the integrity of the door.
• The bottom hinge is missing a hinge cap (see photos) however, these can be purchased online. Alternatively, you could swap this with the topmost hinge cap to make it less visible.
• Screw holes on the frame from a previous alarm sensor (see photos). These could be filled, or re-used for a replacement sensor.

Security

• High quality 4 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded bars externally and inside the glazing. These cannot be removed so if you require completely clear glass you will need to replace the glazing entirely.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is wood grain Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
