Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- The finish is peeling slightly on the beading (see photos) this could be easily touched up.
- Cracks on the lower panel (see photos) however these could be filled, and are purely cosmetic and do not affect the integrity of the door.
- The bottom hinge is missing a hinge cap (see photos) however, these can be purchased online. Alternatively, you could swap this with the topmost hinge cap to make it less visible.
- Screw holes on the frame from a previous alarm sensor (see photos). These could be filled, or re-used for a replacement sensor.
Security
- High quality 4 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has leaded bars externally and inside the glazing. These cannot be removed so if you require completely clear glass you will need to replace the glazing entirely.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is wood grain Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Brown.

We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
