uPVC Back Door, bespoke made to the highest quality.
Would cost around £800.00 if you were to order new direct with glass.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Good condition.
- Small crack on the bottom of the internal frame (see photos), however this will not effect the integrity of the frame and could be filled easily .
- Screw holes on the internal side of the door, but these could easily be filled (see photos).
- Missing rain sill (see photos). However, replacements can be purchased online and are easy to fit.
Security
- 5 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £145 total inc VAT.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations. - If you want to order yourself, the units required are:Width: 57.8cm, Height: 101.6cm x1 pane (checked JBH)
Width: 57.9cm, Height: 68cm x1 pane (checked JBH)
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
