Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Security
- 4 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, frosted, metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
- We can replace the existing glazing with clear glass for an additional £70 total including VAT. This would arrive along with the window on delivery, ready to be installed by your fitter.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
