Wooden Timber Box Sash Window.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys with this window so this can be shut just not locked.
Opening
- Both windows slide up and down – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear and distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- The bottom pane is distorted and the top pane is clear.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Cream, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
