Wooden 1930s Door.
The door thickness is 5cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
Not bowed or rotted at all.
Missing Parts/Defects
– Some light chips on the door.
– Light scratches / dents in a few places.
All defects are only cosmetic and do not affect the operation of the door these can be sanded down and touched up.
Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.
There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
Security
multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
Opening
The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
Colour
The colour externally is matt White and internally is .
The colour of the handles is Solid Brass and the colour of the hinges is White.
