Wooden Hardwood French Doors.

Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Would cost around £3,000.00 if you were to order new direct(when complete with frame).

The door thickness is 4.8cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Odd marks in places. Could easily be hidden with some touch up paint.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Rain Sill, Hinges missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 18mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is matt Cream and internally is Brown.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Solid Brass.
