Hardwood French Doors
High quality Solid Hardwood French Doors.
Are very heavy and believed to be Mahogany.
Would cost around £4,000.00 if you were to order new bespoke direct from a joinery company.
The door thickness is 5.7cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- Multi-point ‘Gibbons’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Internally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 28cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 129cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 157cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- Externally and internally varnished, so the original woodgrain still shows both sides.
- Has matching Gold Chrome coloured furniture.
