Timber Grey French Doors
Wooden Timber French Doors.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £3,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
The door thickness is 5.5cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Part of the side and top of the frame has been cut when removed this can be covered by trim.
- Paint chips and light marks in a few areas these can easily be sanded down and re painted.
Security
- 5 point ‘Mila’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘ISEO’ key.
Opening
- Internally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 55cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 119.2cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 174.2cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
