The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Wooden Timber French Doors.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to get bespoke made today.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
The door thickness is 5.5cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- These doors used to have sidelight but these have been cut off roughly, there is still parts of the frame that will need to be cut to make the frame edges straight.
- Odd faint/ light mark in the handle externally, but nothing exactly noticeable.
- 1 screw hole each in left and right sides of the frame, however these could easily be filled – see last photos.
- Varnish started to flake off in some places, but nothing a sand-down or re-varnishing wouldn’t cover.
- Light crack on a door externally, however this is only cosmetic and already been glued back and varnished over.
- One locking plate (for the bolt lock) is missing, however this can be purchased online at a low expense.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Missing all screws to rehang doors.
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 main keys and one bolt lock key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Varnished, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Gold Chrome coloured furniture.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
