Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Hinges are rusted and bent so will need replacing. 
• Chips in a few areas due to the age of the item. 

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
• 1 Hinge is missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 4 point locking system making it very secure.
• Includes top shoot bolts (missing key).

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Leaded bars externally on the glazing.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is matt White and cream internally but you could strip down and re paint easily.
• Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
