Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• There is a slight bobble under the veneer on the front panel- see last photo.
• No frame, handles, hinges, Internal letter box flap, locking plates, escutcheon.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14mm thick triple glazed, distorted, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has stunning 3D Decorative glass diamond design inside the glazing.

Colour

• Original oak veneer woodgrain both sides.
