Hardwood Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) Front Door
Wooden Hardwood Front Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Condition
• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
Missing Parts/Defects
• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main locks both Yale and Chubb would need to be changed as there is no keys for either lock.
3 screw holes inside internally near the edge, these could easily be filled.
Security
• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security (includes keys).
• Multipoint point ‘Legge’ locking system making it very secure.
Opening
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
• Glazing is 16mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security. It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.
Colour
• The colour externally is woodgrain Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally is Cream.
The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
