Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Fire Door/security Door.
• Metal kick plate both sides one screw missing.
• External metal door stopper some screws missing.
• Slight glue marks from tape easily rectified with strong cleaner.
• Missing door handle.
• Electronic automatic door closure would need to be wired back up to electric when fitted.
• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key for the Yale lock.
• Locking plates missing.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key for the Yale lock.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown.
• The colour of the hinges is Silver.
