Solid Oak Varnished Front Door
Wooden Solid Oak Front Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Condition
• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
Missing Parts/Defects
• Few cracks on the internal side of the door.
Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.
• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main locks both Yale and Chubb would need to be changed as there is no key for either lock. No locking plates.
Security
• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
Opening
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Colour
• The colour externally is Varnished and internally is White.
The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
