Timber Green Front Door
Wooden Timber Front Door.
Bespoke made by ‘George Barnsdale’ professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £3,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new mis measure and never been installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
Defects
- 2 Light scratches on exterior part of the door.
- Holes on top of door left from previous door numbers.
- Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has Georgian bars internally inside and externally on the glass.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Green and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
