Wooden Timber Front Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £1,200.00 if you were to order new direct.
The door thickness is 4.5cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Light marks in a few places.
- This door has no frame, so a new one would have to be made.
- Missing locking plates which are normally on the frame.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has leaded diamond pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt navy and internally is White.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Gold.
