• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

-Excellent condition both sides.

• Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts/Defects

Chip at the top edge, it would be covered when installed in frame.

Paint flaking in places, but nothing a sand down/ re-paint wouldn’t cover.
Please see last photos relating to the defects.

There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
