Timber White Casement Window
Wooden Timber Casement Window.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Yellow mark on top of the frame will not be seen once installed.
- One light scratch on the side of the frame which can be easily covered by trim.
Security
- 4 point ‘Kenrick’ locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys with this window as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
