Wooden Solid Hardwood Casement Window.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new and has never been installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Small mark on the bottom sill, but this could easily be touched up- see last photo.
Security
- 4 point locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has Georgian bars externally, internally and internally inside the glazing giving that high quality appearance.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has been professionally power coated giving that perfect finish and offering no maintenance.
- The colour of the handles is Gold.
