1930s style Wooden Front door
Wooden Hardwood Front Door.Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Small chips on either side of the door (see photos), however, these could easily be filled by a competent carpenter.
- Missing all the hinges (see photos), but replacements are available to purchase online and could be fitted easily.
- There is condensation occurring inside of the glazing.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
Security
- Multipoint ‘Chubb’ locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is triple glazed, distorted, bevelled, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.
Colour
- The colour externally is Black and internally is Brown.
- Has matching Solid Brass coloured furniture.
