Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Small chips on either side of the door (see photos), however, these could easily be filled by a competent carpenter.
• Missing all the hinges (see photos), but replacements are available to purchase online and could be fitted easily.
• There is condensation occurring inside of the glazing.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint ‘Chubb’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is triple glazed, distorted, bevelled, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.

Colour

• The colour externally is Black and internally is Brown.
• Has matching Solid Brass coloured furniture.
