Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The bottom of the external door has a broken rain sill but this can be replaced as it is wood.
• Light scratches but can be sanded out, letter box internally needs reattaching.
• No frame or key.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• Two bolt locks for additional security.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, distorted.
• Has Leaded glass with coloured pattern (not original stained glass).

Colour

• Externally and internally is Varnished so the original woodgrain still shows.
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Solid Brass.
