• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Missing the bottom and middle hinge caps (see photos), however, these are available to purchase online and are easy to fit.

Security

• 3 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, distorted, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally is Black and internally is White, with a white either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
