This invoice was also 18 months ago before all the high price increases, so you would be looking at over £2,500 today.
Condition
- Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- The wood is slightly split on one edge of the frame (see photos) which is purely cosmetic and could be covered with trim on installation.
- Vent covers are missing from this window (see photo), but new vent covers are available online and easy to install.
Security
- 6 point locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has Georgian Bars internally, externally outside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Cream, with a matching frame either side.
- Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
- The handles is Wrought iron and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
