Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• The painted side is chipped in a few places (see photos) but could easily be touched up or repainted if desired.
• The frame has some large chips missing but could be covered with trim by your fitter on installation.
• Bottom section of the gasket is slightly frayed, but can be easily replaced for a low expense.
• Handle has some light cosmetic marks (see photos) which do not affect the operation of the handle in any way. Replacement handles can be purchased online for a low expense.

Security

• High quality 4 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles & hinges are Gold.
