Composite Back Door, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Comp Door’.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Light marks internally (see photos) this is only cosmetic and can easily be touched up.
Security
- 3 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Brown, with a White frame externally and a White frame internally.
- Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
