Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Security

• 4 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 ‘Ultion’ keys.
• Bolt lock comes separately with the door, which can easily be installed by your fitter.
• Could be upgraded to ‘Kubu Smart Lock’ by installing ‘Kubu Smart Kit’.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 206.2cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
• The top light glazing for this item is not pictured, but it has been ordered in clear, and will arrive fitted into the window upon delivery.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Green Chartwell and internally is Woodgrain Cream, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
