• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• This item was painted by the previous owner and there are a few paint chips and scratches on the exterior side, which could be easily touched up.
• Small cosmetic cut on the external side of the frame. However once installed this will be hidden with trim.
• Hinge cap covers are missing – these can be bought online and are easy to fit.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Anthracite Grey RAL 7016 and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame externally and White internally.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
