We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- 3 dents and scratches on the opening of the door these are only cosmetic and do not affect the operation of the door, see in photos.
- Screw holes from previous number this can be replaced with a new number or filled and painted, see in photos.
Security
- 3 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘UAP’ keys.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over.
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
