Condition

• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Odd faint/light marks on some spots externally, which are hardly noticeable – can easily be hidden using a touch up pen.

Security

• High quality 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 1 ‘Ultion’ high security key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is wood-grain Black, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Brushed Stainless Steel and the colour of the hinges is Black.
