Composite Black Front Door
High quality composite Front Door, bespoke made by a professional joinery company.
uPVC frame for the door is manufactured by ‘Halo’ (part of ‘Veka’ group).
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Ideal if you’re after some high-quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- Escutcheon plates (now fitted on the door) and a Locking plate (now fitted on the frame).
- Hinge caps for all three hinges are missing, but you maybe able to get these online.
Security
- High quality 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Mila’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is triple glazed, distorted, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.
Colour
- The colour externally is wood-grain Black and internally is wood-grain White, with a Brown frame externally and a White frame internally.
- The colour of the hinges is White.
