uPVC frame for the door is manufactured by ‘Halo’ (part of ‘Veka’ group).

Ideal if you’re after some high-quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Escutcheon plates (now fitted on the door) and a Locking plate (now fitted on the frame).
• Hinge caps for all three hinges are missing, but you maybe able to get these online.

Security

• High quality 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Mila’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• Glazing is triple glazed, distorted, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.

Colour

• The colour externally is wood-grain Black and internally is wood-grain White, with a Brown frame externally and a White frame internally.
• The colour of the hinges is White.
