Composite Front Door bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Liniar’.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- The knocker has been fitted to the internal side of the door, however, your fitter should be able to re-install this on the external side and fill the screw holes.
Security
- 3 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Black.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
