Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The handles and knocker are slightly weathered (see photos). However, this is purely cosmetic and replacements could be purchased online.
• Screw holes on the internal side of the door and frame (see photos) which could be easily filled.
• Light cosmetic marks on the top internal side of the frame (see photos) which could be concealed with trim when installed.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Black and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
