Composite Front Door in black bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Solidor’.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There are light cosmetic marks on the external side of the door (see photos) which could be touched up.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing for the door is 28mm thick double glazed, frosted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no glazing for the toplight but we can order it in at a cost of £55 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: clear, 24mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Black, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Chrome.
