Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Handles are slightly loose this can be rectified by buying new handles which can be easily fitted.
- 6 screw holes from previous lock, 4 on the internal door which can be filled and painted and 2 holes on the frame which can be covered by trim, see in photos.
- Residue adhesive around internal frame from previous installation can be covered by trim which can be bought online, see in photos.
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm triple glazed, distorted metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
- Has leaded pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Black and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
