The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:

-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- The locking system works but it does not marry-up precisely to the locking plates in the frame, and therefore the key will not turn to fully lock the door. If you look at photo 8 you can see the wood has slightly swollen – we believe this will need to be planed/shaved in order for the door to lock properly.
- External bottom of the door is slightly weathered as you would expect to see on a pre-owned door.
- One pane of glass has slightly moved position inside of the door panel which could be easily rectified by a glazier.
- The frame separates slightly in one corner when the door is opened, however once installed this would hold together securely.
Security
- High quality 5 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, beveled, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has leaded diamond design externally on the glazing.
- Decorative, stained, leaded glass, with a distorted texture and a lovely 3D diamond design externally.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Blue and internally is Woodgrain White, with a White frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
