Condition

• Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light storage marks in a few places (see photos) which you may be able to touch up. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the operation or integrity of the door in any way.

Missing Parts

• Handles, Barrel and Locking strip are missing, however these can all be purchased online at a low expense.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, frosted, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Blue and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The hinges are White.
