• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• The rain sill is missing (see photos), however, replacements are available to purchase online and are easy to fit.
• The finish is worn on all the hinges (see photos), however, this does not affect their operation and could be touched up.

Security

• 5 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is triple glazed, clear, coloured, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has leaded pattern design inside the glazing.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Blue, with a White frame either side.
• Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
