Composite Front Door bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Everest’.
Produced on the 08/08/2021 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
‘Double Rebated’ giving an even greater thermal insulation and security by virtue of their 68mm thick door leaf construction, compared to the 44mm of a standard single seal composite door.
This adds twice the defence against wind & rain, gives better U-value, improved insulation and improved draught resistance.
They also have the added advantage of an internal steel reinforcement which makes the door even more stable and superior to a standard composite door.
Would cost around £2,500 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- The rain sill is missing (see photos), however, replacements are available to purchase online and are easy to fit.
- The finish is worn on all the hinges (see photos), however, this does not affect their operation and could be touched up.
Security
- 5 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is triple glazed, clear, coloured, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has leaded pattern design inside the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Blue, with a White frame either side.
- Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
